Get Snacking!

Shhhh, don’t tell anyone…I eat snack food all the time! Yup, that’s right, all the time. Many of the recipes you see here will be my breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner ( and maybe even dessert). The trick to snacking all the time is portion control.  When you eat small amounts throughout the day, your body’s metabolism is increased because your digestive system is always working and your body is not in starvation  mode.
